A classic introductory cleanse. Packed with both greens and roots to keep you hydrated and energized while flushing out toxins. One juice every two hours in this order. End the day with our homemade organic cashew milk.

The All Green Cleanse

A more advanced cleanse for those who are experienced in juice fasting. With these powerful and nutrient-dense leafy veggies, your body will be on a fast track to detoxing. One juice every two hours. End the day with our homemade organic cashew milk.

How To Cleanse For Success

Why do a juice cleanse?

Cleansing helps rid your body of built up toxins and gives your pallet a fresh clean start.  It enriches your body with an abundance of vitamins, minerals, & antioxidants, giving your digestive system the rest & recharge it needs.

BEFORE your cleanse

A few days before you begin, you’ll need to start prepping your body for success. We recommend drinking 8 large glasses of water each day in the week leading up to your cleanse. For optimal results, we suggest eliminating processed foods & alcohol from your diet for at least 3 days prior, as well as meats and dairy in the last 24 hours before you begin.

Why OUR juice?

Unlike centrifugal juicers that grind produce at high speeds, leaving behind lots of wet pulp, cold-pressing extracts every ounce of liquid, keeping all vitamins & minerals intact. Our raw juice has never been heated which means maximum nutrition for you. Think super fresh, enzyme-rich, plant goodness.

DURING your cleanse

Hydration is key! We guide you to start each morning with a large glass of filtered water and a squeeze of lemon. Set a timer & drink your juices in 2 hour increments, drinking plenty of water in between. This should help avoid hunger. If you feel you need something to munch on, we recommend grabbing a handful of unsalted almonds, avocado or raw organic vegetables. Don’t overdo it with physical activity- this is the time to give your body a rest.

How long should my cleanse be?

You can do a juice cleanse for as long as you want! We currently offer 3 day packages, and suggest starting with that, but the decision is all yours.

AFTER your cleanse

It is recommended that you continue your habit of starting each day with a large glass of water and lemon. Take it easy on your digestive system as you get back to eating whole foods. Day 1 post-cleanse, we advise sticking to a vegan diet full of leafy greens & lots of veggies. On day 2, you can start incorporating nuts, seeds & whole grains. Organic meats & fish can be re-introduced on day 3 and beyond, but remember to include as many nutrient dense foods as possible!
